Kapalua Resort, located about 10 miles north of Lahaina, is the pride of Maui’s northwest shore that covers over 23,000 acres of Hawaiian beauty. If tennis is your game, the tennis facilities at Kapalua Resort are consistently recognized as one of the 50 Best U.S. Tennis Resorts by TENNIS magazine. Managed by Peter Burwash International, the tennis facilities are staffed by PBI tennis professionals who provide tennis programs and individualized instruction for players of all skill levels. The facilities include 10 plexi-pave courts, four of which are lighted allowing for night time play.

Kapalua Hiking

Kapalua provides a bounty of natural hiking and biking trails, rental equipment and instructional programs for windsurfing, scuba diving, kayaking, and snorkeling adventures. At Kapalua Adventures’ Mountain Outpost you’ll find a zipline and ropes challenge tours, climbing tower, giant swing and a suspension bridge that provides some of the best views of the island’s landscape.

The Kapalua Adventure Center is a 4,500 square foot facility that provides retail and restaurant space, an internet cafe, village putting course, and educational activities. Throughout the resort are eleven restaurants and lounges that provide an array of styles ranging from island-style and healthy light fare to Hawaii’s Regional, Mediterranean, Pacific Rim and Asian.

The resort featured 11 residential communities where buyers can choose from luxury condominiums, custom single-family homes, luxury estate homes and homesites up to 25 acres in size. Condominiums range in price from $575,000 to $9.3 million. Single family homes and estates range in price from $2.4 million to $19.5 million. Homesites range in price from $1.3 million to $4.5 million.
