Piper’s Landing Yacht & Country Club

Piper’s Landing Yacht & Country Club is a gated equity golf community that covers over 600 acres with a maximum of 302 homes. This community is located in Palm City on the banks of the St. Lucie Waterway. The Palm Beaches are just 30 minutes south of the community. This gated community offers a manned guard house and 24 hour a day patrol service.

The member owned club, maximum of 302, offers a well maintained golf course, twenty six lakes stocked with bass, a clubhouse, tennis courts, and a marina. The homes in the community offer residents a 2 to 1 ratio of land to homes.

Piper’s Landing Golf

The golf course was renovated in 2007 by Gene Bates, the 2005 Golf Course Architect of the Year. Mike Eye is the local Assistant Golf Professional. He is a graduate of Florida State University with honors and he completed his PGA Class A Certification program in just 18 months! The clubhouse offers fine and casual dining, men’s and women’s locker rooms, and a fully stocked golf pro shop.

There are five Har-Tru surface courts in the community. One of the courts is lighted and is available for nighttime play. The community features Head Tennis Professional Cullen DeWindt, winner of the USPTA Clay Court Doubles National Championship in 2007. DeWindt is USPTA certified teaching professional.

In addition, the community offers a wide variety of events all year long. A calendar of events is available on the communities web site.

The Sheltered Harbor and Marina is a deep water marina with 49 boat slips which will accommodate yachts up to 100 feet in length. The St. Lucie Waterway provides access to the Atlantic Ocean.

The community offers cottages, lakeside condos, golf villas, and golf and custom estate homes. Below is a list of available home options:

1. The cottages start out at $250,000 and up.
2. The lakeside condos feature split floor plans and have a starting price of around $225,000.
3. Golf villas situated on oversized lots with a starting price of $325,000.
4. Golf homes are priced from $450,000.
5. Custom estate homes priced from $600,000 to over $1 million. Some homes are waterfront and have a starting price of $1 million
