RidgeWater Community at Lake Klamath

During the summer, Klamath Lake and the Alpine Lakes are great locations for boating, fishing, swimming, water skiing, canoeing and kayaking. During the winter, RidgeWater has easy access to snowmobile riding, cross country skiing, downhill skiing, and ice fishing. A local seasonal ice skating arena is a short drive away.
There are several shopping, restaurants, museums, and local seasonal events are available in nearby Klamath Falls.
Home sites range from 0.5 to 1 acre that are located in wooded areas and hillsides for great lake and mountain views and privacy. Home sites range from the mid $100,000′s and up. There are no time restrictions on construction.
