Wolf Creek Ranch in Park City Utah
Wolf Creek Ranch is a gated community located in the Rocky Mountains just outside of Park City, Utah. Positioned on the top of a sloping, high alpine plateau and elevations ranging from 7,000 to 9,000 feet, there is no shortage of beautiful views of the many snow capped peaks and deep valleys. The community has a manned and electronically accessed gate with 24/7 security patrol service, security cameras, and monitoring.
This community has pledged a strong commitment to the environment and backed it up by protecting 95% of the communities 14,000 acres through a conservation easement. The community has seven miles of shared border with the Uinta National Forest. The park also features a private gate just for Wolf Creek Ranch residents.
Wolf Creek Ranch
The community features over 50 miles of trails that are great for walking, biking, hiking, and horseback riding in the summer and skiing and snowmobiling during the winter. Fishermen will enjoy the stocked ponds and the fly fishing in the Provo River. The 26 acre equestrian center offers a 28-stall stable with tack room, a hay storage barn, an equipment barn, lunge rings, and an outdoor riding area.
The Owner’s Lodge is located on 22 acres. Residents can stop in relax for a while or freshen up after riding or hiking. The Owner’s Lodge offers two big rooms that are great for holding parties and receptions, a kitchen, and men’s and women’s locker rooms. Outside the lodge offers a large fire pit, a staging area for horses, and a corral.
The ranch provides a concierge service which includes horseback riding excursions, fishing guides, ATV and snowmobile rentals, nature guides, groceries, massages, airport shuttles, and reservation service for many restaurants in Park City.
The Guest House is designed to give owners who have homes under construction a place to stay. It features four bedrooms and four bathrooms, a large great room, and a private two bedroom unit.
